Windows Phone Zune error Connection Error Can't connect to your phone

After installing all new fresh windows 8 , I installed zune for my HTC radar ( windows phone 7.5 ) when i connected my device , zune was giving me error cannot connect looks like picture below

The description for Event ID 14000 from source WPDMTPDriver cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

Soltuion 

1:  Browse to C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\RSAInside this folder, delete the directory with named something like S-1-5-21-1234567890-1234567890

Then start Zune. Done!

2 : 

If it is running, close the Zune software and disconnect your phone.

	If it is running, close the Zune software and disconnect your phone.
	Open Certificate Manager. To do this, click Start , type certmgr.msc , and press Enter .
	Expand Personal , and then expand Certificates.
	Click the heading for the Issued By column to sort the column, and then look for one or morecertificatesthat is issued to "zune-tuner://windowsphone/...".
	Right-click that certificate and then click Delete . Click Yes .
	From the File menu, click Exit .
	Start the Zune software and connect your phone to create a new certificate.

Done now connect your phone and start zune
