how to install KDE4.9 SC in ubutnu

KDE 4.9 Is out now and available to test and use as we posted it has many new features and improved plasma desktop see our post about KDE4.9
If you want to give a try and excited about testing KDE 4.9

Just follow these simple steps : 

1 :  Add Kbuntu Repositories

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports

2 : Update And Install

sudo apt-get update 

sudo apt-get install kbuntu-desktop -y

or after update click here

3 : logout and login back choose KDE as your desktop environment

Uninstallig KDE 4.9
if you want to uninstall run these commands :

sudo apt-get install -y ppa-purge

sudo ppa-purge ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports

sudo apt-get -f -y autoremove
