Simple steps :
- Login in your facebook account
- click on account tab from menu : https://www.facebook.com/settings
- click on Download a copy of your Facebook data.
- there is an option to to download xpanded archive
- xpanded archive includes historic info like IP addresses we store about your logins to Facebook
- after doing that Facebook will send you download link to your related email
- download all your data from facebook
Where to store backups : Next question comes in mind where to store all your personal backup data well , there is many options but mainly two store locally or store in cloud , and solution is store in BOTH
- save a local copy in your hard-drive or your external hard-drive
- second option is use cloud apps like dropbox and google-drive or skydrive or ubuntu-one .
according to me dropbox is best solution if you already have dropbox account then store on dropbox or use google-drive it works with you google account . they both are awesome because they provide versioning features .
if you have microsoft account store in skydrive and ubuntu-one is another option .
