Google Drive is a new feature from Google Inc. launched recently which provides its users cloud storage of their files which they could access it from anywhere.Google is giving its users 5GB of free storage and allows them to store their images,documents,music,movies and photoshop files(over 30 types) which they could access it anywhere on any device be it PC,MAC,Android and soon will be available for iOS devices like iPad and iPhone.
Google Drive is an update to Google Docs so those who were already in use with it will not find difficult to use Drive but they will have to check in by signing in with their Gmail account whether their Drive is ready or not.You can create documents as usual as you would do in docs in addition you could install third party apps in Drive too and rum them from your browser.
Like Dropbox or Windows SkyDrive, Google Drive installs itself as an app in your PC or any other device and a folder gets created named Google Drive which gets sync seamlessly when you sign in into your account.

As it is a feature from Google so you can attach your Drive with any other Google feature like Gmail,Google+ and yes the search feature is yet impressive in Drive too.
